Our starting point is understanding what type of team we will be working with and what the aspiration is for that team.

Then, we adopt one of three approaches –

  1. Team Coaching – working with a team over a period of time, helping them to hone their performance. We work with them on their process-level skills, while they work on the business content.
  2. Team Facilitation – A specific intervention providing structure to interactions, as the team tackles a specific project or challenge
  3. Team Building – Usually a one-off event designed to, for example, enhance relationships of established teams or get new teams off to a flying start.
